She Prepares A Bowl Of Ground Beef, But Now Watch What She Puts In It… Yum!

Spaghetti and meatballs is a simple, classic good meal, but in all honesty, I can also get a little tired of the dish. And it seems I’m not alone … One girl recently revealed an exciting new take on the classic dish – one that is sure to impress all your dinner guests. She uses 1kg of ground meat to create a giant meatball, then fills it  with juicy and tasty pasta. She then dips it in delicious, homemade tomato sauce. Wow. It’s like a reverse spaghetti and meatballs. I can not help but feel the hunger comes crawling …. Sure, it looks a little over the top, but I still can’t help but want to try it sometime!

Here’s what you need for the pasta:

Spaghetti noodles
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 jar strained tomatoes
1 can of crushed tomatoes with garlic
1 tsp salt

And for the meatballs:

1 kg ground beef
1/2 yellow onion
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 eggs
1 tablespoon water
1 tsp salt
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup shredded pecorino cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
