Zach Roloff first captured the hearts of millions after appearing alongside his family in the the reality TV show Little People, Big World, back in 2006.
We later met the lovely Victoria Elizabeth “Tori” Patton, whom Zach married in July 2015 and would become better known as Tori Roloff.
The couple welcomed their first child 4-year-old, Jackson Kyle in 2017, and their second child, 2-year-old Lilah Ray, in 2019.
Now the family of four has grown once again with the couple announcing the birth of their third child: a sweet and healthy baby boy named Josiah Luke.
Meet Josiah Luke
The Roloff’s announced that they were expecting another baby last November on social media.
“We are so excited to share some exciting news with you!” Tori wrote on Instagram at the time. “Baby Roloff will be joining us this spring and we are so grateful to God for this sweet gift!”
Tori now more recently returned to her Instagram account to share the news of the baby’s arrival, revealing an adorable clip of him sleeping.
“Welcome to the world sweet Josiah Luke,” she captioned the post, adding his date and time of birth as well as his size and weight.
“You surprised us all by coming early, but also the wait felt like a lifetime!” she added.
Indeed, Josiah Luke was born two weeks ahead of schedule, arriving Saturday, April 30 just after 9 a.m.
Naturally, fans were also excited for the Roloff’s, with over 250,000 people liking the post and many sharing well-wishes.
“Ahhh … how precious,” one fan wrote. “He is so perfect.”
“Perfection Tori!!! Congrats to you and the family ❤️ Welcome Earth Side sweet Josiah,” another wrote.
“Josiah, oh my goodness. Congratulations you guys!” another said, adding a series of heart eye emojis.
Tori also shared several photos of her and beloved husband Zach in the hospital following Josiah Luke’s birth, joyfully holding their new bundle of joy.
Zach similarly and proudly announced the birth of his third child and second son on his Instagram page, sharing a photo of sweet Josiah Luke and captioning it:
“He came about two weeks early, but we were ready. Super happy for our family and the kids adore him already. Very proud of Tori as well, she has done incredible!”
The Roloff’s two previous children Jackson and Lilah are also reportedly excited about welcoming their new little brother.
A New Start
Josiah Luke’s arrival comes after a previous pregnancy during which Zach and Tori sadly lost the baby at 6 weeks.
Tori had first revealed in March 2021 that she had suffered a miscarriage, opening up about it on social media.
“We went in for our first ultrasound at 8 weeks and found out that we lost our sweet baby two weeks earlier,” she shared on Instagram. “I’ve honestly never felt loss like I did in that moment. I’ve never felt so sad, angry, and scared in a single moment.”
While nothing can ever replace a lost baby, we’re so happy that Tori and Zach now have their sweet little Josiah Luke to bring them joy every single day!
