A picture of Ariana Grande that compares her current appearance with how she looked before has been going viral online because of how drastic the change is. Many fans have expressed concern over the actress’s drastic change.
Ariana Grande is not the only star from the cast of Wicked: For Good whose appearance has sparked concern. Her co-star Cynthia Erivo has also attracted concern for her drastic change. Another star that attracted similar comments was Michelle Yeoh.
A picture went viral, where Ariana’s old picture was compared to a new one. However, there were some that pointed out that the picture was edited.
One person pointed out that the picture was not real. They wrote, “you’re disgusting for editing her photo just for a few clicks knowing people will fall for it, when in reality her face is still full and her smile is still beautiful.”
However, another image from the movie’s premiere also sparked concern, which seemed to be an actual one without editing.
“I know she’s tiny. Now she must be like 38 kg. Not nice tbh,” one person wrote.
One person took things a bit too extreme and wrote their concern, saying, “Someone in her inner circle needs to intervene and get her some help. She’s dying right in front of our eyes.”
Another person wondered, “Good lord! Is she sick or something? Or is this from Ozempic?”
Ariana is not the only cast member who has been getting comments about her weight. Michelle Yeoh appeared at the premiere for the movie which sparked concern in fans.
While many fans were struck by Yeoh’s new hairstyle, others were concerned about her appearance in another way. They compared how different the actress looked in her latest appearance. Some fans thought the actress looks ‘too skinny’ right now.
One person wrote, “yeah like michelle yeoh has always been thin and fit but she is scarily skinny right now too”
While another captioned a picture of Yeoh at the premiere with the comment, “not to body shame, but does anyone on the Wicked set eat?,”
This has been an on-going concern among fans and viewers of the film alike. What do you think of this commentary? Let us know in the comments section on Facebook.
