A child actor is now coming out with allegations against a suspected pedophile at Universal Studios.

Steven Anthony Lawrence, a former child star known for playing the character of Beans in Even Stevens, is alleging that he was fired after he reported a suspected pedophile.
He posted on Instagram over the weekend, explaining that he had hoped a solution could be reached and he would not have to post online.
In his post, he wrote, “I delayed posting this for about a month because I was hoping we could find some sort of amicable solution because I absolutely loved performing and dancing with all you amazing people,” Lawrence wrote.
He continued his statement with, “It is with a heavy heart I have to announce that my time with Universal Studios has ended because my Boss and her H.R. wants to retaliate for reporting a suspected pedofile around children.”
While he would miss the role, he said, he no longer wanted to be associated with the company.
He wrote, “While I will truly miss my job, I cannot be associated with an organization or people that don’t care about performer or guest safety while numerous people continue to get hurt.
He added for gravity, “With what I know, I WILL NEVER ALLOW MY KID TO GO TO UNIVERSAL STUDIOS HOLLYWOOD.” And warned everyone by saying, “Be safe everyone.”
With the post, he posted a picture of his work ID and as well as a Super Mario Toad costume.
After the allegations came to light, Universal Studios have made a public statement saying that the claim made had been investigated and reviewed. They said their investigation revealed that the claim had been ‘inaccurate.’
A spokesperson for Universal Studios said, “We have investigated and reviewed the concerns brought forward by this former employee and they were found to be inaccurate and without merit.”
They added, “We take all employee concerns seriously and have established processes for raising any concerns without fear of retaliation.”
The actor’s post received a lot of feedback, including support from his former co-star from Even Stevens, Christy Carlson Romano, who wrote, ‘Good for you Steven!’
Lawrence appeared on multiple shows, including Raven, The Amanda Show, and Frasier.
