Escort reveals “vile” impact swallowing urine during sex act had on her body

An escort said she was left seriously ill after swallowing a “vile” cocktail of urine and other bodily fluids during an extreme sex act – a practice medical experts warn can carry genuine health risks.

Speaking on The Reality Check Show podcast with hosts Shuan Maroof and adult entertainer Demetri Dionysus, Amy Wilde, 25, explained how an encounter with a couple she met in Australia spiraled into something she says left her seriously ill.

“Oh my god. So I was in Australia and I met this couple. We were filming [and] we did the threesome,” the sex worker shared.

As the moment unfolded, Wilde said the participants started collecting “spit” in a bowl. When Maroof interrupted and asked, “What spit?” Wilde clarified: “The spit from like the blow job and we spat in the bowl.”

She claimed the situation escalated from there.

Bowl of bodily fluids

According to Wilde, the man ejaculated over both women before they licked it from each other’s faces and spat it into the bowl.

“And then we crawled to the bathtub and he pissed on us and he pissed in the bowl and I mixed it all up,” she explained.

Wilde said she mixed everything together before attempting to swallow it but immediately struggled with the combination.

“I put it in my mouth intending to swallow it. I gagged it back up because the piss was hot and the spit and the c*m was cold, and it was all starting to separate. And I was holding it and I gagged it back up,” the escort told the hosts.

Describing her determination, Wilde said she decided to try again.

“’No, I can do this.’ So, I put it in my mouth and I swallowed it. It was vile.”

She said the other woman refused to drink the mixture: “And then I gave the bowl to the other girl. She was like, ‘I’m not drinking that.’”

Wilde claimed she then spat it over the other participant instead.

‘Not normal’

“The thing that got me was that it started to separate and the mix of temperatures. That’s what got me because piss on its own is fine,” said Wilde, who claimed she’s had sex with about 6,000 people since she started her career as an 18-year-old sex worker.

“Wait, wait, wait. Do you think that piss on its own is fine? You got used to it,” Maroof said, suggesting the behavior had become “normalized.”

“I don’t think [this] is normal. No, it’s definitely not normal to drink someone’s piss,” Maroof said.

Replying, Wilde agreed: “It’s not normal. I’m not saying it is. It’s just a kink. And if people are willing to pay for it, I’m willing to do it.”

Dionysus, who’s “been exposed to pornography for over 20 years” explained that even he felt nauseated after hearing her story.

“When you tell me these stories it makes me…I feel a bit sick,” Dionysus shared. “I have seen it all but just because I’ve seen it, doesn’t mean I think this is actually not mental. I think it’s mental.”

“She’s been desensitized,” Maroof added. “How can you tell me this is not a mental illness?”

While Wilde didn’t elaborate on the exact illness she experienced, she said the encounter left her extremely unwell afterward.

Wilde’s experience reflects concerns health experts have raised for years about the risks associated with drinking urine.

Toxins and bacteria

Despite a common misconception, urine is not sterile, according to WebMD. It can contain harmful toxins and bacteria, increasing the risk of infection.

Medical experts also note that urine contains salts and waste products filtered out by the kidneys. Because the body’s urinary system is designed to remove these substances, drinking urine simply reintroduces them, potentially placing additional strain on the kidneys and exposing the body to toxins it was trying to eliminate.

Although isolated exposure may not always result in serious illness, experts warn that consuming urine is not considered safe and may increase the risk of infection and other health complications.

Stories like this often spark curiosity, but they’re also a reminder that extreme acts often come with consequences. Please pass this story along and help spread awareness about the potential health risks of consuming urine!
