Courteney Cox took to Instagram to share her strenuous workout routine with her followers. She addresses the camera about her recent birthday and says, “So I just had a birthday,” she says as she is doing arm presses. “Don’t love the number, but look, we have no choice, you just gotta do the best you can.”
The video then cuts to the Friends star as she goes through an exercise routine. The actress can be seen running on a treadmill, followed by her doing some weighted presses, hanging leg lifts, squats, and then chin-ups.
For her part, the actress does all of these with the utmost of ease which makes it impressive to watch. And then suddenly, you see her emerge from a mini-freezer wearing a face mask.
The scene is completely jarring and unexpected. Cox emerges from a small freezer in a back bikini and then clocks the camera and simply shrugs and says, “What? It’s cryotherapy.” She then walks out of frame and puts on a trucker hat.
The video elicited many major reactions from her fans, who adored the actress’s brilliant attempt at humor. People generally commented on how well she looked for her age.

When Cox turned 60 last month on June 15th. To mark the occasion, her on-screen and off-screen best friend Jennifer Aniston took to Instagram to make a heartfelt birthday post.
Aniston wrote, “Celebrating this powerful, magical, mystical, interesting, interested, ferociously talented girl today!!! My sweet CC @courteneycoxofficial… she’s funny like no other, STUNNING on the inside and out.”
She went on in her dedication, “Independent in the most gorgeous way, cares for everyone even if she doesn’t know you.
