Reba McEntire finally addresses rumors about her future on ‘The Voice’

Reba McEntire is just getting started, yet there’s some folks out there who are reportedly suggesting the country star is ready to pack up and move on from the hit show The Voice.

On Sunday, for the first time, McEntire addressed those rumors.

Keep reading to see her statement.

One day before the season 25 premiere of The Voice, the 68-year-old music legend took to social media to deny any rumors that she was giving up her big red chair on the hit singing competition.

“Please do not click on any articles that say I am leaving The Voice. This is not true,” McEntire wrote. “These are fake websites to lure people in with clickbait where they claim I have a company to sell weight loss gummy products. This is false. I do not sell or promote any type of gummy product.”

McEntire joined the cast of The Voice in 2023 after longtime judge Blake Shelton left. Previously she had appeared on the show as a Battle Advisor and a Mega Mentor.

Rumors about her dissatisfaction with the show began to swirl in the fall. She addressed the rumors in an interview with Extra, though her response still left many questioning her future.

“Well, not right yet. We’re not through,” she replied when asked if she was leaving.

I would hate for Reba to leave so soon. She’s been a great addition to The Voice! She’s one of my favorite judges ever.

Please share if you love Reba McEntire as a judge on The Voice.
