The son set a series of cherished memories with his father to Kenny Chesney’s “While He Still Knows Who I Am” and it’s moving millions of people around the world.

The video shows the son driving back home to see his father, who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.

He gets emotional as he sings along to the song and there are beautiful scenes of him with his mom and dad.

Underneath his video, he posted on YouTube, he wrote: “In November 2011, my father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. From that day forward, I was determined he would not forget me … or I him”

He went on to say that the song, recorded by country music star Chesney in 2012, was exactly where he was in life and a fitting tribute.

“A tribute to all who are living with and dealing with Alzheimer’s disease,” he added.

Such a beautiful tribute and a wonderful way to show his father the cherished memories from their lives together. I’m sure they will both appreciate this video as the years go by.

Please share as a tribute to all those dealing with this cruel disease and the loved ones around them.
