Fitness challenges have become more extreme than ever, with some people pushing their bodies to levels that honestly seem unreal. A man in Japan took years to make sure he achieved his goal.

From athletes breaking records like the sub two-hour marathon to endurance runners crossing entire continents, it feels like the limits of the human body keep getting rewritten.
But compared to one Japanese YouTuber, even that looks mild.
A creator named Tasuke has spent the last three years following the famously ridiculous exercise routine from the anime One Punch Man — the fictional training plan that supposedly transforms character Saitama into an unbeatable superhero.
The routine includes 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10-kilometer run every single day.
While the workout was originally written as a joke inside the anime, Tasuke decided to actually commit to it in real life — and he apparently hasn’t missed a day in three years.
The challenge became even more shocking after he revealed he continued the routine through major setbacks, including catching Covid and even being hit by a car.
Tasuke first went viral after showing the results of his first year following the exercise plan, but now, three years later, he’s revealed an even more dramatic transformation.
The 41-year-old started with what many would consider a fairly average physique for his age before fully committing himself to the challenge.
Over time, he completely transformed his body, building a lean, muscular frame through years of relentless consistency.
But the anime exercise routine wasn’t his only goal.
Alongside the daily routine, Tasuke also pushed himself into long-distance running, initially aiming to complete a marathon in under four hours.
That eventually escalated into completing brutal 100-kilometer and 200-kilometer ultramarathons.
He also managed to reduce his body weight to 62 kilograms while still maintaining muscle mass — something many fitness fans online described as incredibly difficult.
The process reportedly came with plenty of pain.
During the three-year challenge, Tasuke had to complete his daily 10-kilometer run indoors after contracting Covid. He also reportedly collided with two bicycles during the journey and even lost eight toenails.
Despite that, he continued the challenge without stopping.
Some fans joked that the workouts clearly weren’t stressful enough, though, because unlike Saitama in One Punch Man, Tasuke never lost his hair.
So for anyone hoping to get in shape without a gym membership, Tasuke may have accidentally offered the most extreme home exercise plan imaginable — although it apparently requires running thousands of miles and doing hundreds of thousands of push-ups, sit-ups, and squats along the way.
