Jack Osbourne gives public update on Sharon Osbourne’s condition after recent hospitalization

Sharon Osbourne is doing everything she can to take care of her rock n’ roll husband, who is battling Parkinson’s disease.

But last week, worrying reports about Sharon’s health also emerged.

The TV personality was past Friday after suffering “an unspecified medical emergency,” according to the Santa Paula Police Department, NBC News reported.

The news about Sharon Osbourne’s hospitalization naturally worried many people. Information was initially scarce, and given 70-year-old Sharon’s health history; there were concerns that something terrible had happened.

In 2002, Sharon Osbourne, the television personality and wife of musician Ozzy Osbourne, announced she had colon cancer, which had spread to her lymph nodes, and the disease took a major toll on her.

But finally, her son decided to speak out.

Jack Osbourne relieved the public by posting on his Instagram story about his mother’s health. On his Instagram story, Jack wrote:

“OK here’s what I’ll say – first things first MY MOTHER WASN’T FILMING AN EPISODE OF @GHOSTADVENTURES She was filming a new episode of Night Terror with me hahaha,” he began his message. “Now that we have made that clear…she has been given the all clear from her medical team and is now home.”

Jack, 37, explained that he would wait and allow his mother to be the one to speak about why she was hospitalized in the first place.

Specifically, he added:

“Thank you to everyone who has reached out with love and support. As to what happened to my mum – I’m gonna leave to her to share about when she is ready.”

Last Friday, ET confirmed that Sharon was hospitalized in Ventura County, California. TMZ was the first to report that Sharon was filming a show at the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula, California, when the incident occurred last Friday, December 16.

The Santa Paula Police Chief Don Aguilar and Captain Brian McGrath of the Ventura County fire department also confirmed to ET that the 70-year-old was transported to Santa Paula Hospital after EMTs responded to a call at the hotel for some kind of “medical emergency” at 6:30 P.M. that evening.

Three days ago, Sharon herself also gave her followers an update.

She posted a photo of her husky in front of a Christmas tree and wrote: “Back home and doing great! “Thank you for all the love”

Both Sharon and Ozzy are true warriors! Sharon fought cancer but successfully recovered.

Her husband, known as “the Prince of Darkness,” has also had a rough couple of years, health-wise. After he performed a show on New Year’s Eve in 2019, he had a “bad fall,” which required surgery.

Not long after, he found himself in the hospital with an upper respiratory infection, and later, he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s.

We’re sending some positive energy and light to Ozzy and Sharon and to their kids – blessings!
