Charlize Theron details hookup with 26-year-old man

In a jaw-dropping interview, Charlize Theron made a shocking confession about a recent “one-night stand” with a man half her age – an experience she said was “really f***ing amazing.”

Theron, who turns 50 on August 7, is a Hollywood icon, an Oscar-winning actor, and a full-time single mom to two daughters – Jackson, 12, and 9-year-old August.

But she’s also something else: completely unbothered by society’s expectations about love, relationships, or what women should want in their 40s.

No time for dating

In a refreshingly honest appearance on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast, Theron opened up about everything from parenting to partners.

During the conversation, the star of Young Adult shared how motherhood has shifted her priorities – and how, despite not wanting a relationship right now, she’s still very much enjoying her freedom.

Reflecting on life as a single mother, Theron explained that raising two kids doesn’t exactly leave room for dating.

“I was married from the time that I was, like, having sex to the time that I had my last relationship,” the Atomic Blonde star told the host. “Then I had children. Who has f***ing time for dates and shaving and waxing and makeup? And, like, I’ve got two children that have to go to school.”

“I have tried dating, and I can tell that no man’s moving into our house while my daughters are there,” the South African-born actor said.

Living her best life

While she’s been linked in the past to stars like Sean Penn, Stuart Townsend, and Third Eye Blind frontman Stephan Jenkins, Theron explained she’s happily single and has no interest in changing that anytime soon.

“There’s this notion that somebody like me must be missing out,” she said, insisting that she’s living her best life. “I’m having the kind of sex I never had in my 20s or in my 30s.”

Sex with a much younger man

Then came the moment that’s now going viral: “I’m sounding very cocky here, but I think it’s because I found this freedom in my 40s where I’m like, ‘Oh my god,’ so I just want to say this in perspective,” the star of Monster started.

“I’ve probably had three one-night stands in my entire life, but I did just recently f*** a 26-year-old and it was really f***ing amazing,” Theron revealed. “I’ve never done that, and I was like, ‘Oh, this is great. OK.’”

Cooper commented: “Let me just say that 26-year-old is the luckiest f***ing man walking on this goddamn planet. He’s walking different today knowing.”

Theron quipped in response: “He for sure is not but thank you.”

Owning her confidence

While she insists she’s not the one to hand out sex tips – “I am the last person to ask” – she didn’t hold back from sharing advice with fellow women about speaking up in the bedroom.

“I will just say this: Women who come across as confident, women who come across as outspoken, ones that wouldn’t speak up for themselves tend to also be in bed, people who want to please males,” she said.

“I have found this in my experiences with talking to other women about this. Isn’t it strange? We should be the ones that are like, ‘F*** you, I’m gonna have an orgasm.’”

“My advice would be this: don’t f***ing do that for two reasons. You’re gonna have better orgasms and – guess what? – Your man’s gonna like that,” the North Country star shared with Cooper and their audience.

She added, “Practice helps. You have to practice, and then you’ll figure it out. In a safe way, please.”

Immortal warrior

Theron’s no-filter moment comes just as she returns to Netflix in The Old Guard 2, reprising her role as Andy of Scythia, the immortal warrior leading a team of undying mercenaries. The film dropped July 2 and showcases her trademark blend of strength, intensity, and heart – much like the real-life Theron her fans got to see on the podcast.

Whether she’s wielding a sword or speaking her truth, one thing is clear: Charlize Theron is doing things her way – and loving every second of it.
