A clip went viral on social media recently, where the actress Nicole Kidman was seemingly ‘photobombed’ billionaire Jeff Bezos and his wife, Lauren Sánchez.
The video immediately had people talking about the moment and about how the glamor of Hollywood overshadowed even the influence of money.
When stars were walking the red carpet for the Oscars after-party hosted by Vanity Fair at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA). After the Oscars, Kidman had changed into a custom Chanel gown made for her that resembled a striking optical illusion of gold. Sánchez, meanwhile, was in a strapless vintage John Galliano gown which had a corseted structure and a mermaid silhouette.
In the video, you can see Lauren Sánchez posing along with Jeff Bezos on the red carpet when Nicole Kidman is being escorted behind them. The actress does not seem to realize she has ‘photobombed’ the couple’s red carpet moment.
Page Six tweeted the video, writing, “The Vanity Fair Oscar Party red carpet is crazy because what do you mean Nicole Kidman just photobombed Lauren Sánchez and Jeff Bezos”
People thought that the actress knew what would happen when she walked by, one person wrote, “she knew she was going to show them up.” Another person wrote, “At an Oscar party, an actual movie legend photobombs a billionaire and his fiancée… and suddenly everyone remembers why Hollywood still runs the show, not wallets. Hot take: deserved?”
Another person wrote, “the way she glided so classily. The Bezos were shook.” While another added that once the actress appeared, the camera began to follow her, “the camera slowly moves toward Nicole Kidman as if Jeff Bezos isn’t even there.”
