Music is an excellent opportunity for parents and children to have fun together. In small duets children get a chance to try different instruments, and star with their vocal performances – while parents gain equally wonderful memories. Such performances can include all kinds of musical performances, but this – it’s really special.
Dad Matt and his adorable daughter Amelia have chosen to interpret the 80s hit “Take on Me” from Norwegian pop group A-ha, and as everyone knows, it is certainly not an easy song. But they manage it really brilliantly. The father is an accomplished singer and great with instruments – and when his daughter makes her intro in front of the microphone, I am instantly smiling ear to ear. It’s just so sweet and catchy- watching how nicely the two complement each other truly brought me joy. This is an interpretation that no one should miss.
